High-Protein, Low-Calorie Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
– 80 g self raising flour
– 80 g vanilla curd
– 10 g of butter
– 20 g of sugar
– 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:
– In a bowl, combine the flour and vanilla curd and mix briefly. Transfer everything onto the table and start kneading. Knead for about 6 minutes, adding the butter halfway through. The dough will be very crumbly at first — that’s completely fine! Just keep kneading and trust the process. After around 6 minutes, it should come together into a smooth, non-sticky ball that holds its shape.
– Preheat the oven to 180°C.
– Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a drinking glass. Try to roll it fairly thin so the swirls will be more visible.
– In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
– Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
– Gently roll the dough into a tight log so the cinnamon sugar stays inside.
– Cut the log evenly into individual rolls.
– Transfer the rolls into a tray lined with parchment paper.
– Cook them for 10 minutes, until golden.
– Remove from the oven and enjoy warm :)
