Hi, I’m Liisa Jusupov.
I’m studying to become a nutritionist and I’m also a bodybuilder. Fitness and food have been a big part of my life for years, and I’ve experienced personally how much what you eat can drastically change the way you feel – not just physically, but also mentally. The right meals helps you overcome brain fog and stay focused. When you eat in a way that truly supports your body, you simply feel good – and that’s when new ideas and energy start to flow.

For the past year i’ve been drawn to food that gives you energy, focus, and a clear mind instead of leaving you bloated, tired, or heavy. That’s what made me fall in love with protein. It supports muscle growth, keeps you full, balances your energy, and honestly just makes you feel good.
That’s why I create high-protein recipes that are simple, quick, and actually satisfying. No complicated ingredients or strict rules — just real food that tastes good and helps you feel even better after eating it.
My goal is to show you that eating in a way that supports your body doesn’t have to be about restriction. It’s about finding what makes you feel amazing, both inside and out. And for me, that starts with protein.
